Deveco Nanotech 100
Deveco Nanotech 100 is a colloidal solution of nanoparticles that can be added to Deveco trivalent chromates to improve their scratch resistance. It also extends the corrosion resistance of the films by at least 10% during ASTM B117 salt spray testing.
Deveco Nanotech 100 also lowers the coefficient of friction factor of the coating. It does not adversely affect the transparency of the coating.
CONTROL:

Initial Makeup: Add Deveco
Nanotech 100 at ½ of the chromate concentration
· Replenishment: Add Deveco Nanotech 100 at ½ the chromate additions
CAUTION:
Contact of the solution with skin or eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, flush contaminated area with a large amount of water. When handling this product, protective clothing, i.e. rubber apron, gloves, boots, and goggles should be worn.
